Unfortunately, we can't all vacation in The Hamptons or Cape Cod this summer... but we can bring that sense of timeless summer elegance to your bathroom decor in the form of a fabulous bath mat! Classic colors, patterns, and nautical themes are the perfect way to hint at ritzy, seaside summer paradise without breaking the bank!
Nautical images are a fun way to spice up your bathroom floor and happen to be very trendy this season. Anchors are an obvious choice, like these two bath mats from West Elm above and Way Fair below. This Victorian Whale bath mat from Anthropologie is another fun choice!
Color and pattern are a fun way to add seaside style and color to your bathroom without overwhelming the space. Timeless designs are the best way to keep things simple yet elegant, like this striped beach bath rug from the Etsy store Sweet Coastal Dreaming. These rope rug bath mats from the Etsy shop Oyknot and Twisted Thread and Hook are unexpected yet ingenious twists on nautical bath mats! I bet you can find similar ones all over The Hamptons!
If images and patterns are a little overwhelming, solid color bath mats are always timeless and elegant. As you can tell, navy blue and white is the typical nautical palette but they look lovely with gray, and red bathroom accents. The colors on these more traditional solid bath mats are perfect to make your bathroom feel like it's a seaside paradise. This all white shell sculpted bath mat from Pottery Barn is another fun yet subtle choice for a Cape Cod-inspired bathroom.

Hi Chris! Aren’t these great bath mats??
The two anchor bath mats featured in this article are from West Elm and Way Fair. It looks like the West Elm website still has them in stock, Anthropologie has a similar design, even Amazon.com has a lot of options! I would hop on www.google.com/shopping to see all the anchor bath mat options that are out there and pick the best one to go in your bathroom.
Good luck!
Love theach anchor bath mat. Any advice on where I can buy this from?
